Yawgmoth was a powerful creature, attempting to dominate its home dimension. Its plans ran afoul of a wizard that worked magic against it, and, in seeking a new dimension to escape to until things cooled down, Yawgmoth found himself inhabiting a recently repaired, brain-dead reploid in the Kapcom dimension only minutes before it was pulled into the Cleft of Dimensions. The double-transitions, coupled with the state of the reploid it possessed, left Yawgmoth with no memory, and no way to access its full powers.
As such, Yawgmoth would blend into Reploid society in the Cleft and would never draw much attention.
