A timid Koopa makes his way up to the Truce Fountain, a small note
crumpled in his hand. Taking a small hammer and several nails from the
folds of his pouch he proceeds to flatten and nail (quite poorly might I
add) his piece of parchment onto a nearby notice board. On closer
examination one can make out the following.

I have only found myself here in the Cleft for a smidgen
of time, though time is really relevant to the bearer of it,
