In their dormant state, the boots appear as thigh-highs, pliable and comfortable. Activated by anger, urgency or survival situations the boots shrink down to knee level and blue fire flows from each side of the heel. Empowered by the mystical fire, the boots can propel its users at high speeds, allow them to walk on water and air, kick up the very winds and magnify gravity's influence to unleash devastating kicks.<br />
