Arilothas, the Clockwork Construct

Arilothas was never an immortal. It was a construct created by Jango, using the knowledge gained from his extensive research into reploid bio-mechanics in the distant past. The purpose of Arilothas, and its story of vengeance, was to distract the mortal realm, and those immortals arrayed against him, so that Jango could handle his affairs in the Upper Realm without interference or distraction.

Though in possession of a degree of free will, Arilothas is entirely and utterly beholden to the will of Jango. No matter what its original programming may suggest.
