The Butter Building is a multi-storied tower in Shadmire. It is named after its buttery color, not its composition.
It's currently inhabited by a gaggle of freaks, geeks, and weirdos, but wasn't constructed by or for that crowd.
For some strange reason, the sun seems brighter as one approaches the top of the tower.
