This Rosier has tiny red gems dangling from it which draw flames into them, thusly making the wearer immune to the harmful effects of fire. However, they are also unable to use flame attacks or get close to fire, as their own flames are also drawn into the necklace. Occasionally, if the Rosier senses undead, it will give a crimson warning glow.
