MH-01 came into the Cleft unfinished and never was able to get itself completely online. It wandered around Truce with no memory of what it was and adopted a name it had heard in passing 'Jango'. Not knowing the significance of the name, it continued to call itself Jango while it struggled with its sense of self, and and faulty systems. And, eventually, it was that name that led MH-01 to its destruction.
