The Town of Truce

February 17 of the year 323

Luna's Day

I have come across another like me. Another robotic entity that is a part of this clan I am a part of, The Chosen. This mechanoid... reploid is called Pears.

Pears is different from me, and is different from Saneron as well. If one didn't know any better, if could be said that Pears is missing a few gears...

But a new question has been plaguing me, always there on the back of my mind.

What happens to a creature once it dies? I have heard others talk of an immortal part of them lives on forever in bliss outside of this mortal coil.

But does a machine possess this part? Can a robot truly ever die? We do not truly live, so how can one die?

  • FZZZZTTT*

That too worries me.

There is something going on inside this mechanical body. Something other than recovering corrupted data and initialization of new programs uncovered.

Maker, I do hope nothing bad is happening...
