Oni was a young moogle ninja who blundered its way into a rift that landed it in the Cleft. After spending four years there, joining a clan called the Chosen, and finally accepting that he would never get home, he blundered his way into another rift above Humbolt Island that took him back. There, he reunited with his long lost love and convinced his best friend Madoushi that he needed to go back into the Cleft in his place, because the Chosen needed him.
Oni would remain in his world and never look back.
